Installation process - step by step step

1. Assessment and preparation of the base

   We measure the moisture and strength of the concrete, analyze cracks and cavities. The preparation includes diamond grinding or shot blasting to open the pores and ensure strong adhesion. The dust is removed with industrial vacuum cleaners.

2. Priming and repair

   We apply an epoxy primer with high penetration ability. We fill cracks and joints with suitable materials, level local defects and, if necessary, apply a self-leveling intermediate mixture for ideal evenness.

3. Installation of the epoxy system
